Please note: Important: A failure could result in civil action against Swansea Narpo and a request for payment from the copyright owner.

This has already happened to us last year when a claim was made from a Copyright action company for the sum of over £1,000 for just one small picture which was placed on our Swansea Narpo website over 20 years ago.

This caused us to seek legal advice from the Narpo HQ Solicitor.

As a result, most of the previous photos and albums have therefore had to be removed from this website. However, it is intended to reinstate many photos once it has been established that we have the right to publish them here. Because of copyright issues though, this will take quite some time!
